Who is Heinle Consulting?

About Us

Founded in 2000, Heinle Consulting immediately proved itself as an integrator of an MES product for customers in the pharmaceutical and food industries. This was followed by a major project in the logistics sector and a long-standing partnership with a major tyre manufacturer. At the same time, a well-known manufacturer of medical technology was acquired as a customer. Since 2020, we are also taking care of the adaptations of a digital shift book to the needs of customers from the energy industry.

Our Services

Integration

We integrate. The implementation of integration projects is our core business. We cover all phases from requirements analysis to specifications, fine specification, implementation and customization, rollout, user training and support. We are always in close contact with both the software supplier and the end customer.

Quality

We deliver quality. Not only is every modification of the software tested by a colleague (code review), but formal quality checks are also required. We benefit from our many years of experience in GxP and FDA-compliant software development, which our customers can rely on.

Support

We provide support. In case of problems, questions and wishes, we are available in a timely and personal manner. We not only take care of the components supplied by us, but also look beyond the box to determine the causes of errors. Our customers can rely on us.

Consulting

We offer consulting. We provide our accumulated experience to our customers. Whether in the run-up to the integration of new software, or in the replacement of old systems, we help to find the right strategy. Even if the subsequent implementation is not carried out by Heinle Consulting, we remain neutral in our analysis.
